2018 Racine de Ciel CF
Have you ever had a wine that’s equal parts fire and water, earth and air? This is a Cabernet Franc that has them all and exists on the horizon where cobalt waters meet a purple sky; and where air is bronzed and sweetened by fiery sunsets. The invitingly-dark bouquet has the richness and depth of dark chocolate along the enchanting and relaxing smells of shaded woods and forest streams. Smooth and dense with the luxurious taste of black cherries on the palate, yet gliding with the grace and power of aurora borealis tongues licking the night.

A wine with enveloping perfume that shines with golden nuance and delicate honeyed notes. The palate flows in unexpected ways - caressing yet unrelenting; lively, yet smooth and rich. Exceptionally dynamic with a wide variety of foods, this is a wine possessing of flavor harmonies we have not encountered before, but are more than thrilled to have on our hands.
